Privacy Policy for Multi Games Hub
Privacy Policy for Multi Games Hub
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cyber Creed Productions ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and deletes information when you use the mobile game Multi Games Hub (the "App", Android package com.zerocool.MultiGamesHub). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
a) Your game account (created automatically)
When you open the App, an account is created for you automatically through Unity Authentication. It includes:
- a random Player ID (it does not contain your name or email);
- a username: one is assigned automatically (for example "Player123456"); if you sign in with Google Play Games you may choose your own. Usernames are unique and contain only letters and numbers.
b) Game progress
Your best scores, ranks, leaderboard entries and game progress, saved on our servers (Unity Cloud Save and Leaderboards) so they are kept safe and can be restored.
c) Google Play Games sign-in (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your game account is linked to your Play Games profile (a Play Games player identifier and your Play Games display name), so your progress can be restored on another phone or after reinstalling. We do not receive your Google password or your email address.
d) Analytics
We use Unity Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve it. This includes gameplay events (for example which games are played and for how long), session information, app version, device model, operating system, language, and approximate region (derived from your IP address).
e) Advertising
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show ads, limit how often you see them, and measure them. Whether ads are personalized depends on your choice in the consent form (see section 6).
f) Information stored only on your device
Your settings (sound, vibration, theme, left-handed mode, notifications), local best scores and tutorial progress are stored on your phone.
g) Information you send us
If you email us or use our account deletion form, we receive the email address and details you provide.
What we do not collect: your real name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details.
2. How we use information
- to run the games, save your progress and show leaderboards;
- to keep usernames unique and prevent abuse or cheating;
- to understand how the App is used, fix problems and improve the games;
- to show ads, which keep the App free;
- to answer your messages and handle deletion requests.
3. What other players can see
Your username, scores and ranks are shown on the in-app leaderboards and can be seen by other players. Your Player ID and Google account details are not shown to other players.
4. Third-party services
We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Unity Gaming Services (Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Leaderboards, Analytics, Remote Config, Push Notifications), by Unity Technologies: Unity Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob (ads): How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Google Play Games Services (optional sign-in) and Google Play: Google Privacy Policy
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Purchases
If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account and can be restored from Google Play.
6. Your choices
- Ad consent: where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent when you first open the App. You can change your choice at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy Options.
- Personalized ads: you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device settings (Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads, or Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads).
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings ▸ Notifications or in your phone settings.
- Username: if you are signed in with Google Play Games, you can change your username in your Profile (once every 30 days).
- Google Play Games: you can sign out in Settings ▸ Account; the App then continues as a guest.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your Multi Games Hub account and its data at any time, in either of two ways:
- In the App: open Settings ▸ Delete Account and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
- Without the App: fill in our account deletion request form. Enter your Player ID (shown in the App under Settings ▸ Delete Account) or your username, and an email address for our reply. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted: your username, Player ID and login, all best scores and ranks, your leaderboard entries, and your saved progress, on our servers and on your phone. We also ask Unity Analytics to delete the analytics data linked to your account.
What is not affected: your Google account. Purchases stay with your Google Play account and can be restored from Google Play.
What may be kept: anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, the total number of games played) that cannot identify you, and records of deletion requests (date and Player ID) to show we completed them.
Account deletion cannot be undone.
8. How long we keep data
- Account, username, scores, leaderboard entries and progress: until you delete your account (immediately in the App, or within 30 days of a form request).
- Analytics data: up to 2 years, or until deleted with your account.
- Deletion request emails and records: as long as needed to answer the request and show it was completed.
- Data stored by Google AdMob is kept under Google's policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or limit certain processing. To delete your account, see section 7. For any other request, email us at the address below. We answer within 30 days.
10. Security
Data sent between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit. Server-side game data can only be changed through our server code, not directly from the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Children
Multi Games Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, contact us or delete the account as described in section 7, and we will delete the data.
12. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. They protect it with safeguards required by applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Important changes may also be announced in the App.
